. With Salad, Tomatoes, Onions, Goat Cheese (all sourced from the local farmers), 150g of Minced Meat from the nearby artesanal butchery, with Cream of Mushrooms infused with Comandon X Le Garage Cognac.

. Add some heirlooms potatoes hand peeled and wedged.
